W hen the matter was listed for hearing on 14.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court has directed the matter to be listed on 16.12.2021 under the caption “For Dismissal”.
2. When the matter was called on 16.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she is unable to contact the petitioner and she is withdrawing the vakalat. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court has directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and the matter to be listed under the caption “For Dismissal” on 21.12.2021.
3. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ
Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
