PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of
Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to
provisional selection for appointment for the post of
P.G.Teachers dated 07.08.2008 passed by the first respondent and
quash the same and thereby direct the first respondent to give
appointment to the petitioner for the post of P.G.Teachers in
accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that he
had returned the case files to the petitioner and has no
instructions presently in the matter. Thus in the interest of
justice, I had directed that notice be served upon the
petitioner and the name of the petitioner be printed in the
cause list. Today, service upon the petitioner is complete and
the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list.
However, there is no appearance by or on his behalf.
