up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is
evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the
matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.19531 of 2014
stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently,
the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
