The writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.28179 of 2018
was disposed of by this Court on 29.06.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner now states that this Court
directed the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority for redressal
of his grievances. Thus, the amount of Rs.4,60,000/- deposited before
the Registry of the High Court, is sought to be refunded.
3.In view of the fact that the writ petition has already been disposed of, the Registry is directed to return the amount deposited by
the petitioner along with interest, if any accrued.
Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
