Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by way of an appeal dated 06.12.2019 to set aside the order of the second respondent issued in N.F.No.087835/393/G55/G552/2018 dated 21.06.2019 (served on 22.10.2019) and to confer seniority to the petitioner fixing in the appropriate place, by taking in to account of priority category ratio, as fixed by the Government, by rectifying the mistake of fixation of seniority in the category of Assistant Engineer/Civil, in accordance with the last line of Regulation 97(d) of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulation.
