Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of
Certiorari, to call for the records of the 3 rd respondent
connected to the issuance of the impugned letter No.M/C.300/LF
revision/ Vehicle Parking dated 21.01.2020 pertaining to the
intimation regarding the revision of tariff rates for
cycle/scooter parking at Chintadaripet Railway Station and quash
the same as prima facie illegal, improper, not in accordance
with law against the Principles of Natural Justice and opposed
to Public Policy and hence a nullity.
