Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of mandamus forbearing the respondent 1 and 2 from proceedings with any contract work in
connection with the removal of the waste paper comprised of old valuation examination papers that had been accumulated at the Examination Valuation Centres attached to the School Education Department to the 3 rd respondent and consequently allot the work to the petitioner concern either at the rates quoted by them at Rs.24,700/- for such Group 1 category work.
