The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records on the file of the 4 th respondent relating to the impugned order dated 24.12.2013 bearing ref: Nil, and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to re-auction the said shop afresh in accordance with law by giving adequate time to the petitioner.
2. On account of efflux of time as 6 ½ years lapsed, the relief sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities, if any grievance exists as of now.
