Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.Nil dated 18.10.2013 and to quash the same as ultra vires and consequently, direct the respondents to sanction leave for remaining 60 days by calculating eligible earned leave as 240 days along with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of due to till the date of realization of entire amount.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that he has instructions from the writ petitioner to withdraw the captioned writ petition.
