ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus forbearing the 3rd respondent from using or permitting to use the loud speakers at Tamil Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600 094.
2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to this petition, the 3rd respondent has removed the speaker and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
