The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the
respondents will pass appropriate orders on the representations

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is
disposed by directing the respondents to consider the
representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy
of this order in accordance with law and on merits. No costs.
