In view of the grounds made out and the fact that the costs

have already been tendered to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, as claimed in the review petition, the condition is modified and the petitioner will remain restrained from bringing any public interest litigation in this court till March 31, 2022 without obtaining the previous leave of the relevant Bench in such regard. The order dated September 29, 2021 is modified as above.

Rev.Appln.(Writ)No.148 of 2021 is disposed of. W.M.P.No.22888 of 2021 is closed.
