PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2011 on merits in accordance with law within the prescribed time as may be fixed by this Court.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, through Video-Conferencing, made a submission that in spite of the effort taken by him, he could not able to secure instructions to proceed with the writ petition from the petitioner. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. Consequently, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
