Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the order of the respondent in Dental Appeal Nos.8, 7 and 6 of 2010 dated 03.08.2010 respectively and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to register the petitioner's name in the Register of Dentist as per section 33(1)(b) of the Dentists Act 1948.
