Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Roc.No.13847/2017/Sher.(S) dated 14.05.2019 and modified the order passed by the first respondent in his Proceedings in R.O.C.No.53594/2019/C1, dated 04.02.2020 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to consider for redeployed post of bench clerk grade III to the petitioner from the date of her juniors and confer all the consequential benefits.
