India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to
renew the FL2 Licence of the petitioner Club as per section 21
of the Tamil Nadu Liquor (Licence and Permit) Rules, 1981 after
allowing the petitioner club to pay the renewal fee for the
period 2021-2022 and also to direct the third respondent to
refund the proportionate privilege fee and license fee for the
non-transactional period of closure of petitioner club.
