Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the
production of the original impugned notice.
- Adverting to the support affidavit, more particularly paragraph 25 thereat,
learned counsel submits that the original was misplaced owing to the Covid-19 situation i.e., Corona virus pandemic and consequent lock down which none could portend and presage. Be that as it may, photo copy of the impugned notice has been filed as part of the case file. 3. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
