Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an interim stay on the operation and effect of the impugned order vide Reference No.KKL/CAU - ASSET/MM/2018/40MT - CRN /202555, dated 14/05/2020, where by the respondent has banned/ blacklisted the business dealings with the petitioner and blocked the Tender Vendor Code No.893135 of the Petitioner for a period of one year w.e.f.03/09/2019, till the [in WMP No.3513/2021] disposal of this writ petition so that the Petitioner can prticipate in the upcoming teners of the respondent and other public Sector Enterprises in WP.No.3100 of 2021

To vacate the order of stay dated 16.02.2021 in WMP.No. 3513 of 2021 in WP.No.3100 of 2021 and consequently dismiss the writ petition [in WMP No.8341/2021].

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKAS SETHI FOR SETHI LAW OFFICES, Advocate for the petitioner in WMP.NO.3513/2021 and of Respondent IN WMP.NO.8341/2021 and of MR.MOHAMMED FAYAZ ALI, Advocate for the Respondent in WMP.NO.3513/2021 and of petitioner in WMP.NO.8341/2021, the court made the following order:https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In WMP. No.3513 of 2021, an order of interim stay was granted by this court on 16.02.2021. To vacate the said order, the respondent filed WMP.No.8341 of 2021.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for both sides fairly submitted that the period of banning / blacklisting the business dealings of the petitioner company was already over and hence, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the miscellaneous petitions as pending. Thus, they prayed that both the miscellaneous petitions may be closed and the main writ petition may be taken up for final disposal.

3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for both sides, both the miscellaneous petitions are closed and the writ petition is directed to be posted for final hearing on 05.10.2021.
