Captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition (WMP) has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of original impugned proceedings dated 22.06.2021 bearing Reference No.GSTIN: 33AATCS2912D1ZH (hereinafter referred to as 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity).
more particularly paragraph 11 thereat, learned counsel submits that the impugned order was served on the writ petitioner only through electronic mail. However, a hard copy/print out has been placed before this Court. This reason is good enough to accede to the dispense with prayer.
