In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the delay of 561 days in re-presenting the above petition stands condoned, on condition that the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (One Thousand Rupees only) to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund (COVID-19) on or before 21.06.2021 failing which, this miscellaneous petition would stand dismissed automatically.
