Mr.C.Jagadish, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Appeal has become infructuous for the reason that the appellant has already availed the service benefits and also retired from service.
2.Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent may be recorded.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
