The wife, who is facing proceedings for divorce under Section 13(1)(i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Trichy solely on the ground of convenience.
3.Even in the original petition filed before the Family Court, Madurai, the wife is shown to be a resident of Trichy.
