The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.Venkatasamy Babu, Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Petitioner herein; and of M/s.G.Shanmugam, learned Counsel representing Mr.V.Ajaykumar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon perusing the Application and affidavit of K.Thanuvalingam, filed herewith ; the Court made the following order:-

(1) the Director, Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai; (2) the Director General, Doordarshan, New Delhi; (3) the Director General, All India Radio, Prasar Bharathi, Broadcasting Corporation of India, New Delhi; (4) the Chief Engineer (A.I.R. & T.V.) South Zone, Prasar Bharathi, Broadcasting Corporation of India, Chennai and (5) the Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting New Delhi.
