PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.19 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, dated 19.11.2009 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.227 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, dated 27.01.2009.
JUDGMENT
