PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the decree and the Judgment dated 06.09.2011 rendered in A.S.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the First Additional District Judge, Madurai, reversing the decree and the Judgment dated 25.11.2008 rendered in O.S.No.991 of 2003 on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, by allowing this second appeal and to grant such other relief.
JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.04.2021, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, the case was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.04.2021. Even, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the appellants. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
