This Second Appeal came up for hearing on this day under the provisions of Rule II of Order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M.L. RAMESH, Advocate appearing for the Appellant, this court doth order and decree as follows:

that the judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, dated 08.01.2020 passed in Appeal Suit No.34 of 2014, confirming the judgment and decree of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti passed in Original Suit No.65 of 2011 dated 06/06/2014, be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
