When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has already filed a memo to the effect that he has no instructions from the appellant and he reported “No Instructions” before this Court. Hence, this Court ordered notice to the appellant and notice was served on the appellant.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
