Learned counsel for the plaintiff makes a statement that midway through the cross examination of P.W.1 by the 1st defendant, he has become seriously sick and his illness prolonged. It is in these circumstances, the learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he is constrained to close the evidence of P.W.1, the same is recorded.
2.Learned Commissioner has logged in online and he is now required to close the further examination of P.W.1 and to submit his report to the Court.
3.The learned Commissioner is required to file his report in A.No.2760 of 2020 or else the application filed in A.No.2760 will stand closed.
