1. The counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the second appeal and also represented that he had circulated a letter to the Registry with reference to the same.

1. It is noted that a letter had been circulated by the counsel for the appellant to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the second appeal along with the letter sent by the appellant. The abovesaid letter is taken on record.
