2.It is the case of the petitioner that his son Raja @ Chamber Raja has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1384 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC, had suffered serious injuries and therefore, he should be directed to be given sufficient treatment. In the opinion of this Court, a direction to the prison authorities to give him treatment if there are any injuries to him would suffice in this case.
