i) to remove the defendants from the post of trustees permanently from
the first plaintiff trust
ii) decree for permanent injunction restraining the respondents, their

In this matter, the counsel for the plaintiffs had already reported no instructions and consequent to the same, this Court had ordered the Registry to issue notice to the plaintiffs and the notice sent to the plaintiffs had been returned as “no such persons”. Resultantly, the Registry was directed to list
the matter today, ie., on 22.04.2021, by printing the names of the plaintiffs
in the cause list under the caption for dismissal.
