Vs 1.No Respondent Nil [ RESPONDENT ] ORDER 1. Petitioner's counsel present. 2. The application has been laid for reopening the evidence of the petitioner's side to examine further witnesses in support of his case putforth in the main O.P. 3. The main O.P has been laid for the appointment of guardian and grant of permission to sell the minors property. It is found that after the completion of necessary formalities the matter had been referred to the Master for recording evidence. It is found that P.Ws.1 to 3 have been examined and Exs.P1 to P6 were marked. 4. Now according to the petitioner, he intends to examine the other coowners of the property involved in the matter as additional witnesses in support of his case. In such view of the matter, in my considered opinion, the application is entitled for acceptance. Accordingly the application is allowed.
