PRAYER:- This Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to call for the records in CMA.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District and set aside the judgment and decree dated 17.07.2020 passed in it and dismiss the said CMA and thereby restore and confirm the temporary injunction granted vide order dated 17.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.95 of 2017 in O.S.No.20 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.
