Therefore, the civil revision petition is pending for the past three years without even admission and ordering notice. Therefore, mere pendency of the civil revision petition would not serve any purpose and this Court is not inclined to keep the civil revision petition pending. As such the civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
