PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section
397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and to set aside
the judgment dated 15.07.2015, made in C.A.No.26 of 2014, on the
file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Cuddalore at Vridhachalam and confirming the judgment dated
17.07.2014, made in S.T.C.No.391 of 2012, on the file of the
learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.
Since there was no appearance for the last five months
and though the matter was posted under the caption “for
dismissal” on two occasions, this Court by an order dated
23.08.2021, has directed the Registry to print the name of the
revision petitioner in the cause list and has directed the
Registry to post the matter under the caption “for passing
orders” on 25.08.2021. Even today i.e., 26.08.2021, there is
representation for both the parties.
2.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands
“dismissed for default”.
