2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by one Poornavalli with the fourth respondent was registered as CSR No.144 of 2020 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
