COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

Today, when the matters are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has circulated a letter dated 06.09.2021 to the Registrar (Judicial) for withdrawing these petitions.

2.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that apart from these cases, the petitioner is having three previous cases and the details of which are as under:

(i) Madukkur Police Station – Cr.No.89/2016, u/s. 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC;

3.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions, considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is neither inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nor inclined to grant permission to withdraw the petitions.

4.In the result, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
