The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
