ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 422 and 468 IPC in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
