The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 434, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, since no case has been made out as against the petitioners.
