PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for records and set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1376 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017 consequently permit the petitioner to summon the Inspector of Police, E1 Police Station, Ootacamund in respect of the criminal case in Crime No. 173 of 2011.
When the Criminal Original petition was taken up for hearing on 25.06.2021 and 30.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted today, under the caption 'for dismissal '.
