instructions submitted that an alteration report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, Namakkal District and the offences have been altered to Section 294(b), 326, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the investigation is proceeding effectively and the same will be completed as expeditiously as possible.
