The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC, in Crime.No.163 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier this Court, vide order dated 09.12.2019, granted interim anticipatory bail with the condition that the 1^st petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) before the concerned Magistrate on or before 17.12.2019. Subsequently, it has also modified vide another order dated 27.01.2020 to deposit the amount “within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order“. Today, this matter came up for further orders.
