Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Special CCB-CBCID, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.3557 of 2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that charges have been framed and the case is now at the stage of examination of witnesses.

In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and the court below is directed to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
