The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents would submit that the jurisdictional police not received the online complaint. He would further submit that if the petitioner produce the complaint in person before the 3^rd

respondent and gives his explanation, appropriate steps would be taken.

Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3^rd respondent police on 01.11.2021 along with copy of complaint and give explanation with contemporary document, if any. Thereafter, the 3^rd respondent police is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
