COMMON ORDER

(These Cases have been heard through Video Conferencing)

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 7(1) (a) (ii) of Essential Commodities Act 1955, Sections 486, 487, 420 of Indian Penal Code and 63 (a) of Copyright Act 1957, in Crime No. 6 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matters taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that both petitioners were granted statutory bail by the Principal District Sessions Court, Perambalur in E-Bail No.987 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.
