The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 354-A(1)(i), 376, 511, 294(b) of IPC, in Crime No.586 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the defacto complainant grazing the cattle in her land, at that time, the petitioner had misbehaved and pushed her and try to sexual assault on her, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
