The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.460 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
from the victim girl and committed theft of two sovereigns of gold ring and received a cash of Rs.25,000/- from her. Due to the threatening, the victim lost her life by committing suicide. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
