Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. passed Crl.O.P.No.15340 of 2020 by this Hon'ble Court dated 30.12.2020 and the said condition may be modified by this Hon'ble Court so as to direct the petitioner/5th Accused to appear before the Thirunagar Police Station at Madurai.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.MEYYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.GANESAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-
