This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1970 of 2021, dated 10.02.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from regularly, without fail.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1970 of 2021, dated 10.02.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
